About this statistic:
In recent years, construction salaries have been on the rise in all EU countries covered by PMR.
Steady increases in wages have been fuelled by the overall solid economic growth rates in those countries,
and to a lesser extent by dynamics in construction output in the respective country.
At least one year on year reduction in construction output was recorded between 2014 and 2016 in all EU countries
analysed by PMR, but salaries headed only up.
