mainly by two opposite trends: acceleration of economic growth in the EU area and economic crisis in Russia.
Solid upward trends in dwellings completion have been observed in practically all EU countries analysed by PMR,
with more dynamic growth rates seen in countries that did not experience major political changes during the period
